Genesis: Following almost six years of managing long-term rentals of rooms and apartments, as well as the short-term rental of an apartment for family and friends, the founder of a company made the strategic decision to outsource the management. Despite approaching several companies, only one responded, offering substandard services at a high commission rate. Consequently, she opted to take charge of her business independently and established Espaço Específico.
